At ColisExpat, your safety is our number one priority. That’s why it’s crucial to understand which items and products cannot be forwarded. These rules are in place to ensure the safety of all our users, including you!

Here is the list of items that cannot be forwarded via ColisExpat:

1. Dangerous and Prohibited Products

This includes anything considered dangerous or prohibited by national laws. We’re talking about ammunition, weapons (real or replica), firearm accessories, illicit substances, gases, and even substances that could harm the environment, aviation, or other parcels.

2. Precious Items

Jewelry, gemstones, precious metals, banknotes, and other valuables fall into this category.

3. Fresh Food and Foodstuffs

Unfortunately, food products, or those requiring refrigeration, cannot be forwarded.

4. Adult Content

Anything of an explicit nature is strictly prohibited.

5. Respect Local Legislation

We always adhere to the regulations of the delivery country, so make sure what you want to forward is allowed in your area!

6. No Counterfeits

Counterfeit items cannot pass through our service.

7. Plants and Cuttings

To protect the ecosystem, plants and cuttings cannot be forwarded.

8. No Tobacco

Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, and CBD products are not eligible.

9. Vitamins and Supplements

These products are also not eligible for forwarding.

10. Glass Containers and Canned Goods

To avoid breakage risks, these items cannot be forwarded.
